TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason. Please read my terms carefully before commissioning.All commissions are for personal and non-commercial use only. If you want to commission art for commercial use, please contact me to discuss pricing and licensing terms.Payment is upfront via PayPal. Work will not begin until payment is received.Commissioners must be 18 or older.Commissions are not selected on a first-come, first-served basis, but priority will be given to those who submit their forms first.PAYMENTS
Payment is required upfront. Please use 'Goods and Services' when paying through PayPal.Check off 'no address needed' when paying.If you'd like the PSD or CSP file, there's an additional $5 fee.Payment plans are available for commissions over $50. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upfront, with the remaining balance due before the final delivery of the artwork.REFUNDS
Refunds are not available, unless I am unable to complete the commission.If an unexpected delay pushes completion beyond a month, I will reach out to discuss options, including a refund.TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround time depends on complexity, commission load, and my schedule. I aim to finish within 1-4 days, but it may take up to 1-2 weeks. Regardless, if I have not finished within seven days, I will notify you if there are any delays.PRODUCT DELIVERY
Commissions will be delivered as a high-resolution digital file. Physical copies of commissions are unavailable at this time.Finished artwork will be sent via email or a file-sharing service. I will send you both a PNG and JPEG file, and .PSD and/or .CSP if requested.REVISIONS
I will offer one revision for rough sketches. It will be $2 per additional revision.I will offer up to 3 revisions for clean and polished sketches. After that, additional charges will apply.
Clean Sketches: $5 per revision
Polished Sketches: $10 per revisionCURRENCY CONVERSIONS
All prices are listed in USD. If you are paying in a different currency, the conversion rate will be based on the current exchange rate at the time of payment.Please be aware that any additional fees associated with currency conversion or international payments are the responsibility of the client.If you need assistance calculating the cost in your local currency, feel free to ask.EXTRA NOTES

ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS
For each additional character: +50% of the base price
    E.g., if a full-body clean sketch is $30, an additional character will be $15.    Requesting another pose of the same character counts as an additional character.    There is a bundled discount for expression sheets when ordering 3 or more bust sketches.OTHER ADDITIONAL COSTS
Animals & Anthros: +$15Vehicles: +$15, though, prices will vary depending on how complex the vehicle is.Mecha/Robots/Armor: I’m familiar with Fallout Power Armor and the robots from the series, so there’s no extra charge for those. For anything outside of that, the price may vary depending on complexity. Please provide references or an inspo board.Robots, animals (like a pet), etc, count as an 'additional' character.Props: Props are included free of charge, depending on complexity. This includes things like wheelchairs, microphones, books, desks, or other simple objects. However, more complex or custom props (a unique weapon you've designed for your character) will require references or an inspo board.Backgrounds: Backgrounds are included free of charge, as long as you don't mind them being unrefined. I only offer detailed backgrounds for polished sketches.Below are backgrounds and props I would charge extra for.

DISCOUNTS
I love drawing Danse, Shane, Laios, Jean, Harry, and Gale. I will offer a 15% discount if you request any of those characters. Same goes for any of my OCs! This discount applies to the entire commission, not individual characters.(Ok, but 15% off if it's JeanHarry though.)As I mentioned above, props and unrefined backgrounds are free of charge.There is a bundled discount available for expression sheets.❌ I WON'T DRAW...
I do not accept commissions for NSFW/kink art, heavy gore (such as spilling guts), real-life person shipping (I am not drawing Frerard), or more than three characters (unless it's an expression sheet).I’m comfortable with suggestive art, but please keep it non-explicit.Nonsexual nudity is fine, but I’ll only draw it from the torso up. No exposed buttocks or genitalia.

I will send a high-definition JPG/PNG file upon completion. If you'd like the PSD and/or CSP files, there will be an additional $5 fee.
